Management is responsible for saving the data based on the American &#8220;SARBANES-OXLEY ACT&#8221; which includes fines up to $5,000,000.00 and two years imprisonment; for failure to keep archived data from the last 5 years, the sentence is up to 10 years imprisonment with precise rules on CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY.</p>

The back up, shipping and storage of cassettes, is carried out using certified cases, with a lock, supplied by Omtra.</p>
<p><strong>ELECTRONIC TRACKING</strong>, by bar code scanning of cassettes or cases, using an American multimedia management system which makes it possible to obtain the memory of document movements, with reports in excel or via web, authorization and operator management,as well as various statistics useful for external AUDITS.</p>
