Offline Backup storage

We provide a dedicated service for the offline storage of corporate backups within secure vaults, physically separated from the Client’s IT systems. This physical isolation helps reduce exposure to cyberattacks, ransomware and data loss, supporting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans while ensuring that backup media remain accessible even in emergency situations.

24/7 Availability and recovery

Our web portal, available 24/7, allows Clients to monitor stored media, review movement history, and manage requests and authorisations. When required, dedicated procedures enable the rapid retrieval and return of backups, ensuring the availability of critical information, full traceability of operations and support for business continuity even in emergency situations.

Geolocated transport

We manage transfers between the Client’s premises and our secure vaults using geolocated vehicles equipped with double-locking systems and access restricted exclusively to authorised personnel. Every movement is tracked throughout the journey, ensuring a secure chain of custody, clear identification of each handover, and full traceability of backup media at every stage of transportation.

Secure and monitored vaults

Corporate backups are stored in secure vaults located in low-seismic-risk areas and physically separated from the industrial site. Inert-gas fire suppression systems and continuous temperature and humidity monitoring help preserve the integrity of the storage media. The 24/7/365 availability of the service supports operational continuity in the event of cyberattacks, system failures or other emergency situations.

Cyber security and business continuity planning

We support companies in protecting their physical and digital infrastructures through tailored Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans, dedicated policies and security assessment activities. Audits, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments help identify and prevent potential risks, while training, simulations and incident response procedures strengthen resilience, operational continuity and GDPR compliance.
