From the dispositions of the Privacy Guarantor of 13 October 2008:
"In the case of disposal of electric or electronic waste, the effective cancellation of personal data from the supports contained in the electric and electronic devices may also be the result of procedures that, in compliance with the regulations of the sector, cause the destruction of the memorization supports of an optical or magnetic-optical type, in order to impede undue acquisition of personal data.”
Green Report
The Green Report indicates the positive impact that destroyed and recycled paper documents and IT materials have on our planet in terms of preserving the ecosystem.
Prepared by our Circular Economy Manager, the Green Report measures environmental impacts and transforms them into readily understandable indicators (e.g. the number of trees, amount of water in m3, Co2 emissions, etc.).
The Green Report is provided together with the certificate of destruction upon request of the client company. It is useful to enrich the Annual Financial Report in the Company's Budget with the non-financial information required by Italian Legislative Decree No. 254/2016 (in transposition of the European Directive 2014/95), which requires reporting information on sustainability.
