Conversion to Benefit Company
A Benefit Company is a traditional corporation with modified obligations that commit management and shareholders to higher standards of purpose, accountability and transparency. Specifically, Benefit Companies voluntarily pursue one or more purposes of common benefit in addition to profit in the conduct of business.

- Practical support in the modification of the company's statute
- Setting practical objectives (with relative criteria of measurement) for the achievement of your company's goals

Our Impact Reports
The most profound and emblematic change for OMTRA was its conversion into Società Benefit in November 2021. In order to implement this transformation, we have modified our company statute and our official name. Benefit Companies are required to draft the annual impact report to meet the transparency requirements of the legislation LAW 28 December 2015, n. 208 "Provisions for the formation of the annual and multi-annual budget of the State (Stability Law 2016)" (OJ No.302 of 30-12-2015 - Suppl. Ordinary No. 70), entered into force on 1 January 2016.
Our company is very committed to the value of internationalisation, which we consider to be a key asset in providing an excellent service to our clients. For this reason, our ESG team is composed of engineers from the Politecnico di Milano and Legal Specialists with a Master's Degree in Sustainability coming not only from Europe but also from other countries such as the USA, Brazil and Asian countries.

Accompaniment toward certification to B Corp
A certified B Corp is a B Lab verified company that meets high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.
To be a B Corp is to be part of a global movement of companies that are commited to measuring and considering their environmental and social performance with the same attention traditionally given to economic performance and use business as a positive force to produce value for the environment and society.

- Introduction to B Corp, SDGs and Sustainability Certifications
- Pre-analysis and compilation of the OMTRA Pre-Assessment
- Support in creating the profile on B Lab's BIA platform
- Compilation of B Lab's BIA Impact Assessment.

- Identification of future improvement goals
Basic requirement for obtaining B Corp certification is to be a Benefit Company.

Ecovadis is one of the most important international eco-sustainability rating platforms, and assigns a score that allows a great visibility of your company towards an audience of potential customers who are increasingly interested in the sustainability levels of their supply chain.

To help companies optimize their performance in the ESG field, OMTRA offers the service of creating an impact improvement plan. To achieve this, OMTRA carries out an in-depth analysis of the company's performance, evaluating its strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities, to present concrete suggestions to follow over the short, medium and long term.
This service is offered by an OMTRA Sustainability Specialist and includes:
