Silvio Spadoni founded OMTRA Srl, bringing innovative logistics solutions to Italy for multinational companies, which were at the forefront of the industry at the time.

Business Archiving

Giorgio Spadoni, son of Silvio, was the first to introduce business archiving in Italy, implementing American standards.

After traveling to the United States, Giorgio Spadoni joined ARMA International, a prestigious American association, actively contributing to the development of new international standards in the archiving sector.

The third generation

Giovanna Spadoni, leveraging her studies and hands-on experience in Europe and the United States, joins OMTRA and introduces consulting services in Records Management and Information Governance, bringing an international and innovative vision.

I-Sigma
International

Following in her father’s footsteps, Giovanna Spadoni joins the Board of i-SIGMA International, the leading American association for Information Governance and Secure Shredding. She is recognized as the most outstanding active member of the year.

Filiera Onlus &
Purpose Driven Organizzation

OMTRA founds Filiera ONLUS & Purpose-Driven Organizations, an innovative network that brings together nonprofit entities (ETS), NGOs, businesses, foundations, and institutions to create job opportunities for people in need.

B CORP
Certified

With the launch of its ESG+S consulting department, OMTRA earns B Corp certification with a score of 95.2. Expanding its services, OMTRA leverages its experience as a family-owned and industrial company to guide businesses on their sustainability journey.

2024

Gender
Equality

OMTRA achieves another milestone by obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality. Following its Lainate headquarters, it opens a second office in Milan, exclusively dedicated to ESG + Security consulting.
