OMTRA, DATA PROTECTED FROM THE AMBROSIANO TO THE CLOUD
OMTRA was the first in Italy to introduce modern logistics (1956) and archiving (1979). Founded by Silvio Spadoni, a transportation expert, it was later led by his son Giorgio, now President, a pioneer in archiving with U.S. standards, and is currently being innovated by his granddaughter Giovanna Spadoni, the current CEO. Specializing in information management, certified destruction, Asset Life Cycle Management and Sustainable Logistics, OMTRA is headquartered in Lainate and operates warehouses equipped with cutting-edge security system. The company provides global consultancy services, including to the EU and European governments. Certified as a B Corp, Ecovadis, and for Gender Equality, OMTRA has opened its second ESG+S consulting office in Milan, dedicated to sustainability and innovation with a ''Board to Boars'' approach.
