On the occasion of March 8, a symbolic date for reflecting on the value of equity and inclusion in the world of work, OMTRA is pleased to announce that it supported Assosvezia – the Italian-Swedish Chamber of Commerce – on the path that led to obtaining UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.

This achievement represents an important step towards building increasingly inclusive and aware organizations. Gender equality certification enables the organizations that undertake this process to structure and make measurable policies and practices aimed at valuing people, reducing gaps, and promoting equal opportunities.

For OMTRA, it was a pleasure to accompany Assosvezia throughout this journey, providing methodological expertise and operational support to transform fundamental principles such as inclusion, equity, and the valuing of differences into concrete, measurable, and lasting processes.
