As a certified B Corp family business, we had the privilege of guiding Busatti through a structured journey based on shared values, continuous dialogue, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by family enterprises. Our ESG+S department conducted an initial analysis using the B Impact Assessment (BIA), identifying areas for improvement and developing a tailored plan across five strategic areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.

In just one year of collaboration, Busatti successfully implemented new policies and sustainable systems, allowing it to far exceed the minimum threshold for B Corp certification.
